If you're using SnapCall within Zendesk chats but you're unable to call cards while using our tools, it is possible you need to connect SnapCall with Zendesk Sunshine or chats.
To check this, open SnapCall from Zendesk, using the icon on the top right side of the screen. Once done, click to the 'wheel' icon on the bottom right side of the widget.
Ensure both Sunshine and Chat are connected to SnapCall and then try again to send a call card to your customers via chat.
If this doesn't work too, please raise a support ticket using the widget on the bottom right side of this page.
