Most of the items in a public page can be customized, but here below you can find a full list of actions and information that can be amended accordingly.

It is important to save changes after each edit of your page to make sure that these will be live and available when customers navigate through it.

Company's name and icon

Can be customized from the dedicated page on your Dashboard. The company's name will be taken from the name of your Workspace, so you won't need to worry about setting up the same for your page.

Description

It is fully customizable. You can use this space to give SLAs to clients or guiding them through the process of submitting a video or a call request to your Support Team.

Active links

These are the actions that your customers will be given when they navigate through your Public Page. The inactive one will be completely hidden from the UI of the page, while the active one can be used by clients.

For each Active Link, you can decide who will receive the media or the call request on your Workspace, this can be either a single user or a whole Team. Not only the stream will be accessible on your Team/user history, but they will be also notified via email when a new media is available.

In this section you can also add links to the Flow that you can create on the Dashboard.

FAQ

This can be customized by getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. These can be hidden from your page or changed accordingly so that other content will be displayed.

Public Page link

This cannot be customized as SnapCall generates a unique link once the page is available and ready.
