As an agent or a user of a workspace, when you receive a clip from a client you can answer to it by using the same stream to generate a clip, so that the media will be easily accessible within the same viewer.

To use this feature, head to any media uploaded by your client and click on the 'Reply' button on the top part of the screen.

From there, you can decide to record a video to answer the client, or make a screen share.

The media will be created using the same stream, and once recorded the file will be available on the bottom part of the viewer.

From there, once you click on it you can easily download it using the button on the top part of the screen.
