Clips and Calls notifications are mainly intended for users and supervisors while Workspace notifications are available only to the owner and admin (find more information by following this link)
This feature will ensure that users don't miss anything when a customer uploads new content.
To access notification settings, please go to 'My account' from 'settings' then click on 'notifications' .
From this interface, you can choose which notifications from Clips and Calls you want to enable.
Clips notifications
By enabling its functions, the workspace user will receive an e-mail notification each time a new clip is uploaded by an end-user (customer).
Calls notifications
By activating these notifications, the user of the workspace will then receive an email notification when a new recording is available.
You can change these settings at any time. 🙂
