SnapCall allows users to receive specific workspace notifications direclty by email. This will keep Owner & admin(s) informed about any activities related to the dashboard , updates, or changes.

Here are some common purposes:

  1. Real-time Updates: Email notifications allow Owner & Admin(s) to receive real-time updates on activities within their workspace. This can include new users joining the workspace, user removing from the workspace, new member assigning to a team, new team creation.

  2. Collaboration: Email notifications help team members stay in the loop about changes made by others. This ensures that everyone is on the same page and can respond promptly to any updates.

To access notification settings, please go to 'My account' from 'settings' then click on 'notifications' .

From this interface, you can choose which notifications you want to enable.

For example, if 'Notify me when a user is added to the workspace' is enabled, the owner of the workspace will receive an email informing them that someone has just joined the workspace.

You can change these settings at any time. πŸ™‚
