How can I check the location of my data storage?

By default, your SnapCall Data is stored on our servers in Europe.

However, you have the option to select a specific geographical location for storing your media files to align with local data protection laws and regulations.

To do so, simply follow these steps:

1 - Head to the Settings section in the left-hand menu of the SnapCall platform.

2 - Navigate to General, then Preferences.

3 - Under the Media Management category, locate the option Data storage location.

4 - Click on Update

From there, you can choose between Europe, Asia, or the USA for your preferred storage location.
