According to the plan you sign with SnapCall, there might be some limit in the number of media you get from your customer each month. If this applies to your workspace, when you reach your usage limit we won’t interrupt your service.
Any additional usage beyond your plan will be added to your next invoice at the applicable overage rate.
Plus, you can easily monitor your usage in real-time from your dashboard so that you can forecast any additional expense.
