Can I change the time zone of my workspace?

Yes. Workspace administrators can update the default time zone of their SnapCall workspace by navigating to Settings → General and selecting the desired time zone.

The selected time zone is used across the workspace, including scheduling, ticket-related timestamps, and displayed appointment times.
