No, SnapCall doesn't support phone numbers, all our live services are web based. However, SnapCall can be configured in a way that your customers will be able to either start a live video call or request one, you can find more information <a href="https://help.snapcall.io/en/articles/9298431-zendesk-messaging-widget-add-inbound-video-calls-as-a-support-channel-using-snapcall">here</a>.
