Where can I download my videocall's data?

All your data related to videocalls are available on the dedicated 'Calls' tab in your dashboard.

Over there, you'll have access to all your calls plus you have the possibility to download a list of all the videocalls, all you need to do is click on the button 'Export all'.

Snapcall will return a list of all videocalls done as a csv file, for each of them you'll have a dedicated id, agent who initiated the call, duration, creation and expiration time.

Recordings are also available and stored into recordings tab, just bellow all calls.
