By default, users are able to see their own call and media, as well as those created or received by their team mates as well. This is because it is easier for a team or users within a workspace to cooperate if they all have access to media and recordings from customers.
If you'd like a member to have access to only to videocall's data and recordings that belongs to them, we can modify the way SnapCall works in our system specifically for your Workspace. We will need your admin to submit this request directly to our support team.
'Admins' and 'Owners' have access to all data, videocall recordings and insights related to a specific Workspace they belong to.
