From a started conversation, click on the Actions menu, then select the option Use SnapCall.
After clicking on Use SnapCall and a few seconds, a SnapCall card will automatically be added to the open thread.
Click on Send reply or type CTRL/CMD + Enter into the thread.
To join the call, you and the other party must press Join SnapCall.
