It is possible to access these files in two different areas:
In your SnapCall Dashboard
When a user creates a file via SnapCall Clip, this is automatically generated and stored into your Dashboard. This will be accompanied by the ticket number if the file was generated from a CRM like Zendesk.
In your CRM
If you use Zendesk, it is possible to have the link of the file directly within the ticket as soon as this is generated by the customer.
In order to have this configured please contact our Support Team providing your Zendesk API Key (or equivalent if you're using another CRM), so that we can finish the set up on our side.
