What is a SnapCall Library?

Library is a space where agents can store specific media, so that it is easier to share them to end users when needed.

This is particularly useful when end users contact support for a specific and recurring contact reasons, in that case it will be easier for an agent to share a specific video that explain the resolution, instead of creating a new one from scratch.

You can think of SnapCall Library as Canned Response, but powered by media and video instead of long written text.
