There are mainly two ways to do so:
Upload a file from your device
From the Library page , you can click on the 'Add' button on the top right side of the screen. That will open the file manager of your device, from where you can select the file you'd like to add. Here's a few important information to keep into account while uploading a file:
You can add pictures or videos, of course we suggest the second option to use this feature at best
File can be 600 MB max
Once the file is selected, it might take a couple of minutes for this to become available in the Library page.
Add a media from your Dashboard
From the Homepage, you can select any stream available and click on the three dots buttons located at the right side of the screen, as indicated on the picture below. Use the search bar on the page if you're struggling to locate the stream.
From there, select the option 'Add to Library'. You will be prompted to select the stream's media you want to add, plus you can add a title and description for it before confirming.
Once done, the media will be available in the Library section and any agent in your workspace will be able to use it or copy its link.
