Are media in the Library visible to all users?

By default, all media added on the Library will be visible for all users in your workspace.

When a link of a media is copied by one of our users, this becomes public so anyone can use and open it.

When a media is added to the Library, this becomes also available in the dedicated widget of your CRM, like Zendesk. This allows users to quickly copy the link and add it to their reply when they write back to a customer.
