Yes, you can obtain a transcript for each video call. To enable this feature, ensure that the 'Transcript' option is activated in the AI Skills section of your dashboard.

Ensure as well that 'Automatic call recording' is enabled in your workspace. If not, you'll need to manually start recording the video call while connected with another participant.

If both options are enabled, you will find the transcript together with the call recording into the 'All calls' tab of your dashboard.
