How does content moderation works?

When media falls into one of the categories moderated by SnapCall, our system takes the following actions:

  • Flagged content is hidden by default.

  • Moderated content is blurred in the media viewer, accompanied by a warning indicating that the media might contain unwanted content. The specific category flagged is also mentioned in the warning message.

  • SnapCall won't process any AI skills related to moderated media

From here, a user or an admin can either decide to go ahead and review the content anyway or manually delete it so it won't be available to anyone.
